❖ From Košice International Airport to the City Centre

Public transport – Bus 23
From Košice International Airport, the easiest public transport option is Bus 23, which runs directly to Košice Railway and Bus Station (“Staničné námestie”). It operates approximately once an hour on weekdays and twice an hour on weekends. The trip takes roughly 15–20 minutes.

Taxi and ride-hailing

Travel by train from Bratislava, Prague, Budapest, or Vienna directly to Košice city centre. Fast EC/IC services take approximately 5 hours from Bratislava and around 8 hours from Prague; overnight couchette options are also available. From Budapest, direct daytime services typically run in the morning and afternoon, with a journey time of about 3.5 hours.
